The UNIVIDA Youth Alliance (UYA) is a youth-led Ugandan non-profit dedicated to empowering young people aged 14–35 through a human-rights-based approach to health and development. Rebranded in 2025 to reflect a more universal mission, the alliance works to ensure every young person has access to essential health information and the freedom to make respected personal health choices. UYA focuses on expanding Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), providing mental health support through community camps, and championing the rights of youth with disabilities through inclusive education and vocational training. By partnering with global initiatives like FP2030, UYA combines grassroots activism with national advocacy to create a more equitable society where no young person is left behind.
