About Us

Welcome to UYA

Univida Youth Alliance (formerly Uganda Youth Alliance for Family Planning and Adolescent Health – UYAFPAH) is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people in Uganda to make informed choices about their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
Through advocacy, capacity building, and partnerships, Univida Youth Alliance (UYA) mobilizes young people to demand accountability, influence health policy, and ensure that SRHR issues are prioritized within national and local health agendas.
The organization rebranded from UYAFPAH to Univida Youth Alliance (UYA) to reflect a broader and more inclusive identity that resonates with the diverse realities of young people in Uganda while preserving the UYAFPAH legacy and impact
